Marketing Communications Manager, AI Driven Growth

Remote
Full Time
Mid Level

Job Summary

Intiva Health is seeking an experienced, AI-forward Marketing and Communications Manager to join our team in a fully remote capacity. This role is built for a candidate who is fluent in using artificial intelligence (Claude Chat/Cowork/Code/MCP) to move faster, personalize at scale, and turn data into decisions — someone who has helped grow a business from the ground up and can build marketing programs that evolve alongside a high-growth, virtual-first organization.

Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), this person will own user acquisition, brand visibility, and revenue growth using an AI-augmented marketing stack — spanning SEO/SEM, website performance, lifecycle and email marketing, content, and social media. Success in this role means using AI tools not as a novelty but as a daily operating advantage: faster content production, sharper targeting, smarter reporting, and better decisions.

AI at the Core of This Role

  • Use generative AI tools (e.g., Claude, Jasper, and/or similar) to accelerate content creation across blog, email, social, and website designs — while maintaining brand voice and AP style standards

  • Apply AI-powered SEO/SEM platforms to identify keyword opportunities, forecast ranking impact, and automate technical site audits. You will be working closely with our Chief AI Officer on programmatic SEO and more

  • Leverage AI-driven analytics and predictive tools to surface trends in campaign performance, customer behavior, and revenue attribution before they're visible in standard dashboards

  • Deploy AI-based personalization and segmentation in email and lifecycle marketing to improve open rates, engagement, and retention

  • Evaluate and pilot emerging AI marketing tools (chatbots, AI design assistants, marketing automation copilots) and recommend which are worth adopting

  • Build lightweight prompts, routines, skills, templates, and workflows so AI tools are used consistently and effectively across the marketing function

Responsibilities & Duties

Growth, SEO & Performance

  • Develop and execute SEO/SEM strategies, using AI-assisted research and automation to increase search visibility and organic traffic

  • Set, track, and report against measurable monthly marketing and revenue growth targets

  • Monitor daily performance metrics and use AI-generated insights to adjust strategy in near real time

  • Conduct AI-assisted website audits, identify technical issues, and implement or coordinate fixes

Content, Email & Social

  • Produce compelling, AI-accelerated content for the website, email campaigns, blog, and social channels, always with a human editorial pass for accuracy, tone, and compliance

  • Build and execute a comprehensive social media content strategy, using AI and creative tools to assist in content creation, content scheduling and distribution where appropriate

  • Set up, manage, and continuously optimize email marketing campaigns to support lead generation and retention

  • Coordinate internal and external contributors for blog posts, newsletters, and social content

Campaigns, Reporting & Cross-Functional Support

  • Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns for Intiva Health's SaaS platform

  • Prepare marketing performance reports using AI-assisted data summarization, translating raw analytics into clear, actionable recommendations

  • Support sales with market data, competitive insights, forecasts, and new product information

  • Research competitors' products, pricing, and advertising strategies, using AI tools to speed up market scans

  • Monitor marketing budgets against plan and forecast

  • Take ownership of new initiatives as priorities evolve in a fast-moving, remote-first environment

Qualifications & Skills

  • Comfortable using AI tools daily as part of a marketing workflow — not just aware of them, but able to build repeatable processes around them

  • Demonstrated experience in scale-up, startup, or high-growth environments, with accountability for monthly growth and revenue goals

  • Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking methodology, and SEO/SEM tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar)

  • Proficiency in keyword research, data analysis, and performance reporting

  • Familiarity with WordPress or comparable content management systems

  • Hands-on experience with major social media platforms and paid digital campaigns

  • Proven email marketing campaign development and execution experience

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; AP style writing required, copywriting experience preferred

  • Strong self-management and communication skills suited to a remote, distributed team environment

  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and maintain a strong customer-service orientation, both internally and externally

Preferred Qualifications

  • Direct experience using generative AI platforms for content, research, or campaign development

  • Experience with AI-enabled marketing automation or personalization platforms

  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, Google Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpot, Capterra, Microsoft Office, WordPress, social advertising platforms, and Adobe Creative Suite

  • 3+ years of digital marketing experience, ideally in a technology or healthcare-technology environment

  • A personable, collaborative style with the confidence to represent the brand internally and externally, even without in-person interaction

Work Environment

  • This is a fully remote, work-from-home position; candidates must have a reliable internet connection and a dedicated home workspace

  • Core collaboration hours align with U.S. business hours; occasional flexibility may be required to support cross-functional teams or launches

  • Standard remote equipment (laptop, monitor, headset) provided in accordance with Intiva Health's remote work policy

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
